Supporting your event
Transforming your event from vision to reality can often feel like an overwhelming task. Our team are happy to guide you along the way. Ask our team about options for equipment hire, technology support, catering and marketing support.
Booking policy
To secure your booking, you will need to sign a contract and pay a deposit. Our deposit amounts are flexible and vary based on the size of your event.
Hirers are responsible for cleaning our space and leaving it in a satisfactory manner. In the event additional cleaning is required after your event, cleaning costs may be deducted from your deposit.
Plan ahead and secure your preferred date – bookings are available up to three years in advance.
Catering
The Scottish Hall offers flexible catering options. You are welcome to self-cater or, if you prefer, we can connect you with our trusted catering partners. Catering your event with options like delicious platters, morning tea, or an elegant dinner will set your event apart from the rest.
